My mother passed away in early January and did not leave a will. I had many questions about the house she left and the selling process for the estate. I called and spoke to Kevin, eventually meeting him, and from the start he was nice and answered all of my questions…which were numerous. I attempted to go in a couple of different directions, but I called him back up and went with Exactly Realty, because the help he provided for me early on. And boy that was the best decision I made for my Mother’s Estate. The process was smooth with recommendations and advice from Kevin, who even suggested the Title Company. The process of selling my mother’s home with Exactly Realty was something I would recommend to anyone in that situation. Every one associated with this sale was beautiful to work with, was caring and considerate of my needs, and even made me laugh! Thanks again Kevin and Exactly Realty!!!

I would endorse Kevin Wasie and the Exactly Real Estate team 500%. They are super professional, friendly and made it SO easy & painless to sell our home. I liked that they took an analytical approach to providing comparable homes and also bring a "tech-y" feel to selling a home via texts, an easy to use app, and regular face to face communication & phone calls, too. The best part about Exactly is the genuine care that Kevin took to get to know the home and us...and, the simple pricing model ($4800 flat) and the awesome professional photography/drone footage so that Buyers could see the home before the Open House. If I had to sell a home again, I would call Exactly. It feels good to support a local Akron, Ohio company with a solid business model!

I was looking for a knowledgeable real estate company to sell my home in Copley and help me purchase a new one. I found Exactly and appreciated their expertise in the area and their lower cost structure. They helped me determine a selling price for my home, made it look AMAZING for marketing and handled all of the coordination and communication. We navigated multiple offers and negotiated a great scenario. We had some issues come up from the inspection and Kevin helped navigate that as well. Moving is super stressful and costly- especially with kids, jobs, etc. I am glad that I hired Exactly as they made the process as simple as possible and even saved me money! Definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

The one word that stands out to me about my experience with Exactly Real Estate is Integrity. From meeting with Mike Kurtz to Kevin Wassie becoming our broker/agent this team displayed integrity and that meant a lot to my husband and myself because we knew that they would go above and beyond for us. And he did not disappoint! We are not residents in the state of Ohio however we own land in the area and were looking to sell our property there. After working with other agents that totally fell short in going the extra mile for us Kevin was a breath of fresh air. It is hard to be a seller and not live in the area and have to trust that the agent is doing everything in your best interest, but we did not have to worry with Kevin. He vetted all buyers and options to ensure that the buyers were able to perform (beyond what I could have ever expected), he thoroughly researched our property and was honest with us and set reasonable expectations. The only thing Kevin was wrong about was how long it would take to sell. As soon as we placed our property in his capable hands we had multiple offers and interest within a couple of weeks. I won't hold that against him, guess he just underestimated himself. The only thing we need now is for him to come to Texas to assist us with our next property selling and purchasing journey... We are waiting Kevin! I would choose Kevin and his team again and again! Exactly Real Estate was EXACTLY what we needed to sell our property!

Kevin and his team are outstanding! Kevin is straight forward, fact based and very knowledgable about the real estate market. His guidance on pricing and help through the offer process was invaluable. Selling your home can be a stressful process, but Kevin made it a great experience. We had a great experience selling our house with Exactly! At first we weren't sure about going though a non traditional realtor, but they were recommended to us by a relative, and we are so glad we did! Kevin explained in detail how the sale would work, and we ended up under contract with a buyer in one day! Communication leading up to closing was great. Tina in the office was extremely helpful. Weeks after the sale they assisted us with our follow up questions. Thanks Exactly for helping us save over $9000 vs using a traditional realtor!
